Who the data controller is
The controller of personal data is ANSLAN Sławomir Łukjanow, NIP 5842417909, referred to below as “ANSLAN”. For anything concerning personal data, write to slukjanow@anslan.pl or call +48 501 797 097.
What data we collect
We collect only what you give us when you write or call: whatever your message or call contains, and the content of the correspondence. The site has no contact form and collects nothing from you.
The site uses no cookies and no analytics; we do not profile visitors and take no automated decisions about them. Every asset on the site — typefaces included — is served from our own server, so simply opening it sends your IP address to no third party.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and arranging a conversation — our legitimate interest in handling incoming correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); where it leads to working together, steps taken to enter into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Defending against claims and keeping accounts — legal obligations and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Correspondence that does not lead to working together is deleted 12 months after the last contact. Data connected with a contract is kept for the duration of that contract and for as long as tax law and the limitation period for claims require.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. It may be accessible only to the providers of our technical services, and only as far as performing those services requires:
- OVH Sp. z o.o. — hosting for the server this site runs on. The server is located in Poland.
- The e-mail provider operating the
@anslan.plmailbox — solely for delivering and storing messages.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To exercise any of these, write to slukjanow@anslan.pl — we reply promptly, and within one month at the latest.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
Is providing data mandatory
No. Giving us your details is voluntary, but without a way to reach you we cannot reply.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we process data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
